Cannot detect COM port when downloading firmware

Hello, I am a student who has been assigned by my teacher to study about AI-G. I have just started learning about the software. In the Linux SDK Getting Started section, I have completed the Setting Host Environment (Windows) and Image Build Guide parts.

At the Firmware Downloader step, I have downloaded the VCP Driver, set up Ethernet, checked that my computer has WMIC, connected everything as shown in Figure 4.1, powered on the board while pressing the FWDN switch.

However, I cannot see any COM port connection as shown in Figure 4.2. Has anyone encountered the same issue as me? I would really appreciate your help in resolving this problem. Thank you very much.

Hello
It seems that the VTC driver was not installed correctly. We recommend first uninstalling the currently installed VTC driver and then reinstalling it with the VTC driver for the WIN10 version.
Thank you.

The COM port detection issue has been resolved. I replaced the USB Type-C cable and switched to using the Linux operating system. However, the current issue is that the board does not respond during the flashing process (stuck at โ€œWaiting for SYNC Responseโ€).

This issue occurs when the network settings are not configured correctly.
Please check if the Ethernet connection between the AI-G and the Host PC is correctly set to 192.168.0.8
Thank you.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have reconfigured the network settings as instructed, but the issue still persists.

It seems that the issue can be resolved by setting the value of the gateway to 192.168.0.1.
Thank you.
